Welcome, My name is Makenna Macik
I’m Makenna Macik, the photographer behind Macik Edition. I believe photography is about more than capturing an image—it’s about preserving the feeling of a moment and the story behind it.
Based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, I work with clients throughout Texas and occasionally travel beyond the state to document meaningful moments in new places. Every session is approached with intention, because no two stories—or locations—are ever the same.
My goal is to create images that feel genuine, timeless, and personal to you. I would be honored to help tell your story through photography you can return to for years to come.

The Journey

It resembles a book, where the closing of one chapter heralds the opening of another. How exhilarating is that?
